Ingredients

    1. filo or puff pastry
    2. if you can get your hands on the oil-spray
    3. camembert cheese
    4. 100gr smoked salmon/trout
    5. dill
    6. 400ml fresh cream (can use sour cream or yoghurt)
    7. 6 eggs

Directions

1. grease flan pan or pie dish
2. roll out pastry into the dish (if using filo, use 12 sheets in a criss-cross pattern)
3. Take the skin off the camemvert, slice it up, and arrange over the base on top of the pastry
4. in a bowl beat the cream and eggs, add chopped salmon to this mixture
5. pour it into the pan, and bake 45-50mins on 180 degrees celcius
6. You can serve it with salad, as a nice accompaniement
