Ingredients

    Add cup of ice
    Small banana
    2 to 3 of each berry (strawberry, blackberry, blueberry - I use frozen mixed beries)
    1/2 cup fat free milk
    1/2 cup Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt
    1 scoop Chocolate Whey Powder
    Blend to desired smoothness
    Makes 2 servings

    Very Good
    I make something very similar to this but use frozen bananas as well. There's something about frozen banana that makes the texture of the smoothie more milkshake-like that fresh bananas just don't do. - 6/30/09
