Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    - Hunt's No Salt Added canned sauce (I used three cans, you can also use a regular sized jar of other low-sodium sauce)
    - 1 pound (1 package) of 7% fat ground turkey
    - 1 package of whole wheat pasta (penne or rigatoni works well)
    - 1 cup of shredded cheese (I like the Mexican blend for a little extra flavor)

    Optional:
    1 large onion, diced

Directions

Preheat overn at 350 degrees.

Line large baking dish with alumninum foil (optional, just makes for easier clena up)

Brown the ground turkey in a skillet on medium-high heat. Drain well. Put aside.

In a large pot, boil water and cook the pasta until done. Drain well. Put back in pot, off the heat.

Combine sauce, turkey and cheese with pasta. Stir well.

Spoon pasta mixture into pan and bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbly.

Serve immediately or cover and refridgerate.
