    1 medium butternut squash, seeded and chopped
    12 oz. bag of fresh cranberries
    5 medium apples, peeled, cored and chopped
    1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    8 oz. Dole Orange Peach Mango juice
    1/2 cup Splenda« Brown Sugar Blend


Preheat oven to 375║ F.

Spray a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Mix together the squash, apples and cranberries. Pour the juice over the the mixture. Sprinklke with the nutmeg, cinnamon and Splenda« .

Bake in oven for 45 minutes.
