Ingredients

    * 2 large Eggs

    *3/4 cup 2% Milk

    *4 slices Heiner's 35 calorie Wheat Bread

    *1/4 cup chopped Onion

    *2 Tbsp dried Parsley

    *1 tsp Salt

    *1/2 tsp Basil

    *1 lb Extra Lean (96/4) Ground beef

Directions

1. In a bowl combine eggs and milk, stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage, and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Add meat; mix well. Lightly pat mixture into an 8x4x2 inch loaf pan.

2. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
