Ingredients

    Beef chuck, 16 oz
    Teriyaki Sauce 4 TBSP
    Cashews 2 oz
    Frozen Broccoli 4 Cups
    Sweet peppers (bell) 2 cups chopped
    Red Onion 1 cup
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Onion powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

Marinate Beef in Teriyaki sauce, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder for at least an hour.
Add marinated beef and sauce to pan, fry until brown
Add Bell Peppers and Red Onion continue to fry until soft
Add Broccoli
Add Cashews and mix through just before serving.
