Ingredients

    6 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
    1 Whole Banana
    3 oz of Skim Milk
    1 Small Handful of Ice

Directions

Put all ingredients into your blender and blend for 1 minute. If it appears too thick, add more milk and visa-versa. It might take a couple of tries to get the perfect consistency. Be mindful that Greek Yogurt is thick to begin with so you will need less ice than you think.

I have this smoothie every morning for breakfast and I have never looked back. I put it in a to-go cup and drink it on my way to work. It makes my drive more pleasant and it leaves me satisfied until lunch-time. Since there are no added sugars, fats, or oils, it fills you up with nothing but good stuff and it gives you all the energy you need without all the fat and bread/carbs.
