Ingredients

    1 cup of buckwheat flour
    10 packets of truvia or 1/2 cup of stevia
    1 and a 1/4 cup of canned pumpkin
    2 tbsp of applesauce
    1 tbsp of tahini
    1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
    1 tbsp of ground nutmeg
    1 tsp of baking powder
    1 tsp of baking soda

Directions

Mix all ingredients in bread loaf tin. Dry first then add the wet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
