    Very Good
Mine did not brown very much. Is that 2 or 3 cups of sourdough starter or 2/3 cup? I used 2 cups starter. The batter was perfect consistency with the other ingredients. It needed salt in the batter that other recipes call for—tasted a bit raw. I let the oats sit in the wet ingredients 5 minutes. - 1/6/21

    Very Good
These are good and a nice way to use starter. I used a 1/4 C measuring cup and ended up with 14 pancakes - no where near 24. Used 2 C of starter. So I will figure one of "my" pancakes is a serving.
slightly gummy texture but could have been my starter content. Add cinnamon.
