Ingredients

    1 lb ground chicken breast
    1/2 cup ground flaxseed
    3T grated parmesan
    1 T rosemary
    .75 cup sweet potatoes
    2 egg whties
    salt
    cooking spray

Directions

Prehead oven to 375 degrees
In a food processor, combing all ingredients and pulse until evenrthing is well balanced. Mash the weet potatoes with a fork and combine well with the otehr ingredientsusing clean hands.
Spray a 12 muffin tin with cooking spray. Evenly divide mixtureamongst muffin tins. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before serving.
