Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
    1 jar Spaghetti sauce


Directions

Brown turkey in skillet, add spaghetti sauce and simmer. Cover cauliflower with water and cook until tender. Combine the cauliflower with the turkey and sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.

You may want to add green pepper, onion, or other spices to your taste.
