Introduction

Ingredients

    2 eggs, large
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    2 c apples, pared and large chop
    1 c granulated sugar
    1 c flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2c walnuts
    1 T ground cinnamon (or to taste)

    well greased pie pan

Tips

If not sweet enough, increase sugar to 1 1/2 cups, mix 2 tsp sugar with cinnamon for topping.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat eggs first.
Mix rest by hand and add eggs at end. Stir to mix.

Before putting in oven (well greased pie pan), sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
