Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1.5 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 cup diced celery
    1 cup diced onion
    3 tbsp butter or margarine
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup brown rice
    1 4oz. can sliced or diced mushrooms
    2 c. water
    2 cups chow mein noodles

Directions

Brown ground beef, onions, celery, and butter or margarine. Add rice, soy sauce, mushrooms, soups and water. Put in casserole dish or large cake pan and bake 1.5 hours at 350 degrees. Stir 2 or 3 times. Last 1/2 hour top with chow mein noodles.

Serving Size: makes 12 serving approx. 3/4 cup each
