    sweetened condensed fat free milk, 113.4 gram(s)
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp
    Allspice, .25 tsp
    *Canola Oil, .24 cup
    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Egg Yolk, 1 large

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F
mix all dry ingred.
mix all wet ingred.
add wet to dry and mix till just combined
scoop into non stick sprayed muffin tins
bake for 20 min
