This is Chris' lightened version of pecan pie that our family has enjoyed for years. It has half the pecans and sugar that most other recipes have. Ingredients

pie crust
3/4 c pecans
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
3 eggs
Directions
1. Bake pie crust.
2. Toast pecans in 350 degree oven 5-10 minutes.
3. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust.
4. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
