    can ONE Pie Pumpkin
    whole wheat unbleached flour
    ground cinnamon
    ground pumpkin spice
    ground nutmeg
    ground ginger
    earth balance organice whipped buttery spread
    evaporated canned milk
    Egg Substitute, stop and shop brand
    homemade low fat pie crust


Cover crust with foil so it won't blacken.

During first 15 minutes, may have to take a spatula and
stir mixture. Oil, buttery spread, margarines sometimes blend out of mix in oven.


Blend buttery spread with splenda brown sugar, flour. Add canned pumpkin, blend mixing in cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, pumpkin spice and salt. Add evaporated milk, blend. Add egg substitutes.
Pour in pie crust shell. Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 F for another 50 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes one 10 inch pie, cut to eight servings & some
