    Cream Cheese, 2 cup (two 8 ounce pkgs.)
    *Sucanat (Dehyrated Cane Juice Sweetner), 48 tsp (1 cup)
    *Eggs, Kirkland Signature Organic Brown Grade AA Large, 3 serving
    *Horizon Organic Sour Cream, 32 tbsp (1 pint)
    *Simply Organic Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

    1 egg
    organic sucanat natural sweetener, 36 tsp (3/4 cup)
    Hard White Wheat, 1 cup - makes 1.3 cups finely ground flour
    1/2 cup organic unprocessed coconut oil (melted)


I left my cake in the oven after I turned it off for longer than an hour because I had to leave the house, and the crust got too watch to make sure yours doesn't overdo as mine did.


Grind grain. Mix together with 1 beaten egg, 3/4 cup organic sucanat (evaporated cane juice), and 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
When well mixed press into glass Pyrex or Anchor Hocking dish...set aside.
Mix softened to room temperature cream cheese, 1 cup sucanat, and one egg at a time. Beat until creamy. Fold in 1 pint sour cream.
Pour into crust with a silicon scraper, (love those things...they get it all out!)
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 1 hour. After one hour, turn the oven off, and leave cake in the closed oven to set.

Serving Size: Makes 12 square pieces of cheese cake
