1 package (6 oz) Cornbread Stuffing, dry mix
1 pan (8X8 inch) Cornbread fully baked
8 oz. Chicken Gizzards, cooked and coarsely chopped
1 Turkey liver, cooked and coarsely chopped
1/2 Turkey neck, meat only, cooked, (bone and skin removed)and coarsely chopped
2 large Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
3.5 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth(or 2 14.5 oz cans)(use less for drier stuffing)
    1/2 Cup Butter, melted

Use more or less Giblets (neck, liver, heart, and gizzards) depending on how meaty you want your dressing. You can substitute water for chicken broth to cook your Giblets and substitute that for the chicken broth in the recipe; but, be sure to season giblets when cooking them if you do so.

In a large mixing bowl add prepared dry stuffing mix and finely crumbled cornbread, from pan, pour in Broth and butter and mix thoroughly. Add Hard boiled eggs (chopped) and Giblets (coarsely chopped). Mix all ingredients, stuffing should be very moist, and pour into greased 13X9 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 24 2 inch pieces
