Ingredients

    Whole wheat thin spaghetti - 14oz box
    1lb 93/7 ground beef
    1 medium diced onion
    .5 cup sliced mushroom
    1 can diced tomato
    1 cup spaghetti sauce
    salt, pepper, italian seasoning and garlic powder to taste
    2 tbs olive oil

Directions

Boil pasta
While pasta is boiling, in a frying pan, saute onions and mushrooms in olive oil, add ground beef to brown. Add tomatoes, sauce and seasonings. Lower heat and simmer until pasta is cooked. Drain pasta, mix and serve.
