2 lbs. turkey or chicken pieces
1-10.75 oz. can Campbell's Cream of Chicken 98% Fat Free Soup
8 ounces Pepperidge Farm dry stuffing mix, any kind
2 3/4 cup chicken broth
1 cup skim milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 340 F degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking pan. Lay the turkey or chicken in a single layer in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the turkey. In a bowl, stir together the soup, broth, and milk. Pour it over the stuffing mix. With the back of a spoon, gently press down on the stuffing to push the liquid into the meat. Bake for 45 minutes, or until it is bubbling in the center.
