Ingredients

4 C Diced Turkey
2 C Frozen Peas and Carrots
3 C Turkey Gravy
6 C Gluten-Free Stuffing (Dried)
1 1/2 C Boiling Chicken Broth
Gluten-Free Stuffing
7-8 slices gluten free bread
2 TBSP Garlic Salt
1 TBSP Tarragon
1 TSP Black Pepper
Pam Spray
Tips
You can use any type of stuffing you want, just make sure it's enough to cover the top of the dish. Also, if you don't have leftover turkey, you can use a baked chicked from the grocery deli for a quick substitute.
Directions
Add turkey, peas and carrots, and gravy into a bowl and mix well. Pour mixture into a large baking dish. In another bowl, add dressing and boiling chicken broth and let set for 5 minutes, then fluff dressing. Add dressing on top of turkey mixture. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or till complex hot.
Gluten-Free Stuffing
slice bread into cubes, pam a baking sheet and place bread cubes on top, spray with pam again and season. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
