Ingredients

2 cups 1% milk
2-2/3 c. whole wheat flour
4 t. baking powder
4 T brown sugar substitute
4 eggs (I use 2 eggs and 1/2 cup substitute)
2 dashes salt
1 cup pumpkin
Tips
Optional - delicious with 1 T of chocolate chips!!!
Directions
Cook slowly over medium-low heat.
