Introduction

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 c fresh chicken stock, or canned
    1 Each, fresh Red, Orange, Yellow Bell pepper, cut up
    1 Zucchini Squash, diced
    1 can Pinto Beans
    1 can Black Beans
    1 can Garbanzo Beans
    1 can Corn
    1 cup fresh Carrots, chopped
    Feel free to add any veggies you like, or eliminate those you don't. Add seasoning to taste.

Directions

Place ingredients in a slow cooker or crock pot. Heat on high for a couple hours, or low for 4 hours.

Serving Size: makes about 15 cups
