Introduction
Easy, Yummy & not as bad for you as regular cake Easy, Yummy & not as bad for you as regular cakeNumber of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
One dry cake mix
20 oz Diet Pop
No Fat Whipped Cream
Directions
Take one cake mix and add your 20oz of diet pop.
DO NOT add the other ingredients (i.e. - eggs, oil, water)
Mix batter and cook according to baking times on cake mix box.
Top with no fat whipped cream and you have a yummy low fat dessert that satisfies your sweet tooth.
serves - the same as 1 traditional cake mix
I've done chocolate cake with diet pepsi, yellow cake with diet mountain dew and white cake with diet sierra mist. (the white is a little dryer than the others)
i was amazed at how good this tasted. you could not even tell that the eggs and oil were eliminated.
* i am not sure of the nutritional values of the cake mix because i could not find it on the "add a food" area and the box doesn't give values for the exclusions
