Ingredients

    half head iceburg lettuce chopped
    1 large carrot, grated
    2 cups sliced english cucumbers
    3/4 cup chopped red onion
    3 plum tomatoes, chopped
    3 hard boiled eggs, quartered

Directions

Chop all vegetables excluding tomatoes and egg. Divide amoun three plates and quarter one egg and tomatoe per plate.
