Ingredients

1 scoop 100-calorie Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
3/4 c. frozen strawberries, unsweetened
1 medium fresh banana
3 ice cubes
1/2 c. water (or less depending on how thick you like your shake -- I like it pretty thin so I used 1/2 c.)
1 tbsp. chocolate syrup
Tips
I buy fresh strawberries when they are cheap and in season, cut them up, bag them in 3/4 c. servings and use those in these shakes. You can also use regular frozen bagged strawberries from the grocery, just make sure they are unsweetened so it doesn't change your calories. This is a good, filling choice for a light meal or mid afternoon snack.
Directions
Add ice cubes, water, protein powder, banana (broken up in chunks), strawberries and chocolate syrup to blender. Blend on high until smooth. Done!
