Slow-cooked for 6 hours Slow-cooked for 6 hours

Ingredients

    10.5 oz can Chicken Broth
    15 oz can Great Northern Beans
    1 cup Carrots, stripped
    3 cloves Garlic, minced
    1 medium Onion, chopped
    1/2 cup Green Pepper, diced
    1 medium Red Cabbage, chopped
    1 packet Lawry's Au Jus Gravy Mix
    3 cups Water, tap
    Salt & Pepper, optional
    Slow-Cooker or Crock Pot

Directions

Yield: 8 - 2 cup servings
Calories per Serving: 132
Low Heat: 8-12 Hours
Medium Heat: 6-8 Hours
High Heat: 3-6 Hours

Place ham bone in center of pot. Surround with cabbage. Add in additional veggies.

Mix: Cold Water, Au Jus Mix, and Chicken Broth together and add to pot.

Top with the beans.

Cover and set.

Turn over ingredients ever hour or two.

* Au Jus and Chicken Broth are pretty salty - Taste prior to adding salt *
