    1 and sticks butter
    16 oz Clam juice + juice from clams
    4 russet potatoes diced to inch
    2 russet potatoes grated
    carrot, grated
    1 onion, diced
    3- 6oz or 1 large cans of minced clams
    1 cup celery stalks with leaves, minced
    1 tbl dried thyme
    2 tbl fresh parsley
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    cup flour
    Salt & pepper


Combine butter and clam juice in a pan over medium heat. Mix in vegetables and cook until tender. Add in other ingredients and use flour or water to improve consistency. Serve immediately, piping hot.
