Ingredients
-
2 Apples (Sliced-- we left the peels on but you can peel them if you want)
Cinnamon
Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
Pumpkin Pie Spice (Nutmeg, Ginger)
2 Pork Chops (Omaha Steaks 4 oz boneless)
About 2 tbsp white flour
Garlic powder to taste
Any other seasonings you'd like to coat the chops with
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix apples with Splenda blends, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice, and pour into small baking dish.
Place flour, garlic powder, any seasonings you want to add, and pork chops in a large zip lock bag and shake to coat. Shake off excess flour and arrange pork chops in apples. We baked them on top the first time, but I think it would be fine to mix the chops in with the apples to get more of the sweet flavor in the chops.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Makes 2 servings.
Serving Size: Perfect for two!
