My grandmother makes this dish and she sometimes add ham and sausage. Ingredients

1lb(at least) raw deveined medium/large shrimp
2 c of raw long grain white rice
1/2 c green pepper
1/2c chopped onion
black pepper
Sazon
minced garlic
garlic salt
onion powder
Braggs Liquid Amino Acids
8 Bacon strips
Directions
Prep Time may take longer if you are peeling your own shrimp.
Cook the peeled shrimp by boiling in water until pink.
Cook the bacon untik crispy and cut into pieces.
Add the shrimp, onions and bell pepper to the bacon mixture and brown for a bit.
Prepare your water, rice, garlic, bell pepper, shrimp, bacon and other seasonings in a large pot.
Cook the rice according to the package: allow to boil and then simmer for 20-30 mintues or until all the water is absorbed.
Let sit and rest for a bit and then serve with a vegetable and protein for a meal. Or eat as a main dish with a vegetable if you adjust the portion size to 1.5 cups per person.
