Ingredients

    2 cans rotel
    1.5 lbs extra lean ground chuck
    1 box zataran's spanish rice
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can black beans
    1.5 package of taco seasoning
    1 15oz can diced tomatoes
    2 cups mexican cheese

Directions

brown and drain hamburger.
cook spanish rice as directed on package
mix all together with other ingredients and heat for 1.5 hours in crockpot
