Introduction
Found this Recipe on the Ideal sweetener website. Started out making just sugar cookies and I had subbed the flour for protien powder. Baked a single cookie to see how it worked with that sub.. needed more thickness. So I added partials of the oatmeal cookie recipe from the website and I think they came out fabulous. Probably could have mad them even lower carb if I had done the recipe with half protien half flour.. Try for next time Found this Recipe on the Ideal sweetener website.
