Introduction

Found this Recipe on the Ideal sweetener website. Started out making just sugar cookies and I had subbed the flour for protien powder. Baked a single cookie to see how it worked with that sub.. needed more thickness. So I added partials of the oatmeal cookie recipe from the website and I think they came out fabulous. Probably could have mad them even lower carb if I had done the recipe with half protien half flour.. Try for next time Found this Recipe on the Ideal sweetener website. Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    *Promise Fat Free Spread, 3/4 cup
    *Ideal No Calorie Sweetener, 1 1/2 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 extra large(remove)
    egg white, fresh, 2 large(remove)
    Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 3 tsp(remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp(remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp(remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp(remove)
    *Flour, King Arthur 100% Whole Wheat, 1 cup(remove)
    *Isopure Creamy Vanilla, 3 serving (6 scoops)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp(remove)
    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 2 cup(remove)

Tips

Cooked the 2nd half of batter in muffin pan. Almost tasted like cinnamon rolls. Going to make the Ideal ButterCream frosting to put on TOP!


Directions

Directions: Preheat oven to 350
1.In a mixing bowl, cream together Ideal® and butter; beat in egg, whites and vanilla.
2.Sift together flour, protein powder,baking powder baking soda, cinnamon and salt; add to butter mixture.
3.Stir in Oats
4.Drop by Tablespoon sizes on to ungreased cookie sheet. Slightly flatten.
5. Bake for 8-10 min
6. Remove and cool

Serving Size: Makes 32 Cookies
