Introduction

WARNING! Even with the low sodium V8 Juice, the sodium on this is crazy high. I don't have sodium issues so I prefer it this way but you may to modify more according to your needs. WARNING! Ingredients

    1 pound of (browned) lean ground beef, 64 oz low sodium V8 juice, 2 packets Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix and whatever veggies you have on hand. Not too many potatoes! And I like to add beans for extra fiber & protein.

Directions

Put it all in a crock pot and let it cook all day.

Serving Size: Makes 8 big bowls of soup, not sure of exact measurements
