Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup splenda
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp potassium salt (or regular salt)
    1 egg
    3/4 cup unsweetened almond breeze
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1 1/2 cups mashed banana

Tips

You can exchange other ingredients to lower the calorie count, but this recipe is already delicious!
Add nuts, chocolate chips, or peanut butter for a different taste


Directions

Preheat oven to 365. Grease bread loaf pan, unless it's non-stick
Mix all dry ingedients into a large bowl, be sure to mix well
Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl, be sure to mix thoroughly.
Make a well in the dry mix and add wet mix. Stir thoroughly.
Put into greased bread pan and bake for approximately 55-60min.
Insert a toothpick to check if it's done (may be moist from bananas)
Let it cool in the pan for 5-10min
Slice into 12 pieces
