Ingredients

    Semolina, unenriched, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 0.25 package (10 oz)
    Turmeric, ground, 0.1 tbsp
    Mustard seed, yellow, 0.5 tbsp
    *Asafoetida / Hing, 0.01 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *channa dal, 0.001 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Ghee, 1 tsp
    *Green Chilli Pepper Fresh, 10 gram(s)
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp
    Ginger Root, 5 slices (1" dia)

Tips

Adding fresh curry leaves during seasoning will add flava'.


Directions

Season mustard seeds with asafoetida, channa dal, olive oil, green chilli pepper fresh. Add ginger root slices, ground turmeric , onions, frozen veggies, salt , semolina for saute for 5 minutes. Add boiling water to mix and allow to cook for 5 minutes. Top it with ghee, raw cilantro to serve.
