    8 oz Ground Beef
    1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
    Badia Complete Seasoning
    Lawry Seasoning Salt (No MSG)
    1 Box Kraft Mac & Cheese - Original
    1 tbsp Oil
    1/2 Cup Low Fat Milk
    1 Oz Low Fat Margarine


prepare mac a nd cheese as per box instruction

season mince with seasoning and onion, let it marinate for 30 minutes

heat oil add mince stir and cover, spin at intervals for the next 15-20 minutes. Add mac & cheese and stir serve hot
