Ingredients

    2.5 lbs Ground beef
    1.5 oz Egg substitute
    1 Cup dry grated Bread seasoned crumbs
    1 Medium Vidalia Onion
    1 Medium Green Bell Pepper
    1 Tbsp Worcesterchire sauce
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

Tips

Cut an onion into wedges, salt, and spray with fat free butter and place them in between burgers for a little something extra.


Directions

Mix all ingredients well and form into large 1/2 inch thick patties. Layer on 4 inch NuWave Oven rack and cook for 6 minutes on each side. Only 8 patties will fit on the rack the first time; you will have two batches.
