Ingredients

    2 eggs, beat fluffy
    1 C granulated sugar
    1 tsp.each soda/cinnamom
    1/4 C milk
    1/3 C applesauce, unsweetened
    2 T Canola oil
    1C White Whole Wheat Flour
    1 C Unbleached All-purpose Flour
    1 tsp Vanilla extract
    1/2 C walnut pieces
    2 Med. Ripe Bananas, mashed

Directions

1. Creme together eggs, cinnamon & soda
2. Add Flour alternately with applesauce, oil & milk
3. Mix well with mashed bananas
4. Stir in vanilla & nuts
5. Pour into prepared pan ( grease & wax paper bottom)
6. Bake until toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool 10 minutes.
8. Remove from pan.
