Introduction

This is delishious and you can make them grilled or sauted! This is delishious and you can make them grilled or sauted!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup Fresh green beans
    1 cup fresh asparagus
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    3 cloves garlic (minced)
    1 tbsp flax seed
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash

Tips

This is perfect pared with any kind a meat especially fish or to keep the meal vegitarian place over a bed of rice.


Directions

1. Leave bean and asparagus long or cut into smaller pieces.
2. Put them in a zip lock bag.
3. Mince 3 cloves of garlic and add to bag.
4. add soy sauce, flax seed & Mrs. Dash.
5. Toss around in bag to ensure everything gets coated.
6. Let sit for 10 minutes to marinade.
7. In a single layer place veggies on grill or grill pan, or simply saute (may need oil of some kind to prevent sticking). When grilling let grill on each side approximately 3 minutes per side or until desired texture. (discard left over marinade)
