Introduction

I usually refer to this as a "Fruit Mix" but I don't think that would be "searchable". Anyway, great videos on youtube for how to determine if a pineapple is ripe & how to prepare it. So basically, just cut everything up; add the flavorings & toss together. Best if it can sit for several hours. Sometimes hubby will add whipped cream to his individual serving but that's because he views it more as a dessert dish.     Ginger/Allspice (careful with this! it's pretty strong) /Cinnamon /Splenda /Lime Juice (or you could use Lemon)
