Ingredients

    1.25 lb ground turkey, extra lean
    2 lb sliced mushrooms, fresh
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 purple/red onion, diced
    1 tbsp Chili Powder
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp cumin

Directions

Brown the ground meat & onion with the powdered seasonings.
Dump everything into a crock pot and stir.
Cook on low heat for 8+ hours.
