Ingredients

2 cloves Garlic, shredded or chopped fine
3 cups Garbanzo (Chick peas) Beans
Cayenne Pepper (to tolerance)
Salt, (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 cup Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed is best)
3/4 - 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Tips
Increase or decrease amounts of spices as taste requires. To reduce calories, decrease Olive Oil. Hummus is great dipped with veggies or smeared over Whole Wheat Pita Bread.
*Try smearing Hummus on top of a Whole Wheat Pita, add thinly sliced Cucumbers over top and roll into a wrap. Yum!!!
Directions
1. In food processor, chop garlic to the finest consistency.
2. Add Garbanzo Beans, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Cumin, Lemon Pepper, Paprika, Lemon Juice.
3. Slowly add olive oil and continue mixing.
Hummus is finished when creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
