Ingredients

    1 cup splenda
    1 tablespoon arrowroot or cornstarch
    1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup egg substitute ( pasteurized )
    4 cups 1% milk
    2 cups fat free half & half
    2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Tips

Make sure your egg substitute is pasteurized so no cooking is needed.


Directions

Mix together splenda, corn starch, nutmeg, & cinnamon, shake eggs well in carton then measure 1 cup add to splenda mix. whisk together, add milk and vanilla, whisk. cover and store in refrigerator.
