Ingredients

    1 tbsp of olive oil
    175 gr quorn
    350 gr cauliflower, in small pieces
    1 pot (425 gr/400ml) Patak's Rogan Josh Curry Sauce
    75 gr plain yogurt, 3% fat

    Optional: garam massala, nigella seeds.

Tips

If you want you can add more spices, like 1 or 2 tbsp of garam massala to spice things up. Also nice if you add nigella seeds.
Serve with naan (bread) or rice.


Directions

Heat olive oil in a pan. Bake quorn until it is a little brown. Add cauliflower. Add curry sauce and yogurt and let simmer with the lid on the pan for 15 minutes.
