Ingredients

3 sweetpotato
3 yam
Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 5 fl oz
Brown Sugar, 3 tbs packed
Egg, fresh, 2 large
Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
Brandy, 1 tbsp
Butter, unsalted, 4tbsp

Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp
Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
*Flour, white, 1/3 cup
Pecans, 1/3 cup, chopped
Directions
bake sweet potatos and yams for 1.5 hrs. When cool, peel and place in food processor. Add condensed milk, eggs, half of the butter, brown sugar, vanillia, and brandy. Mix well and put in baking dish.
Meanwhile, mix other half of butter (melted) with brown sugar, flour and pecans. Mix together and sprinkle atop the potato puree.
bake dish at 425 for 25-30min.
