Ingredients

    1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 cup Ian's Panko Breadcrumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp water
    1 Tbsp pepper
    1 tsp salt

Tips

If you use Ian's Panko Breadcrumbs Original, this is an Unprocessed recipe.


Directions

Slice the chicken in strips (mine made about 30)
combine egg, water, pepper and salt in a large bowl.
Put chicken in the egg mixture and let it set for a few minutes.

Dredge each breast into the breadcrumbs. Place onto a baking sheet either covered with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray.

Cook for 35 minutes at 400 degrees

Serving Size: Makes about 30 strips
