Ingredients

    6 oz of chicken breast cooked and diced
    3 tbs pickle relish
    2 eggs hardboiled
    1 small apple chopped/diced
    2 tbs miracle whip light
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

I like to blend everything together in a food processor/chopper.

Add chopped pecans for a crunch and flavor

Mix all ingrediants together
