Ingredients

12 Cups Water
3 Carrots (chopped)
1/2 Large or 1 Medium Onion (chopped)
3 Stalks Celery (With Leaves) (chopped)
3 Green onion (chopped)
1 - 2 Tblsp of Peppercorns
1 Tblsp of Sea Salt (optional)
Tips
Very easy - Does not need to be stirred very often and will make your home smell delicious!
Use as low fat base for soup and sauces
Add parsely or cilantro for added flavor
Add hot sauce for a kick
Directions
Simply add all ingredients to large stockpot or slow cooker
Bring to a boil
Cover and Simmer (stirring occassionally) for 4 - 6 hours
Drain veggies
Add 2 or more cups of water (if desired)
