Introduction

Ingredients

    3 avocados (ripe) with skin and seed removed, fruit chopped or mashed
    1/2 jar of PC guacamole seasoning mix
    juice from one lime
    cilantro (optional)

Tips

Can be refrigerated for a few days but will turn a little brown. I have heard that if you keep the avocado pit in with the guacamole while it is stored, it will retain its green colour (but I haven't tried that yet!).


Directions

mix all ingredients together and serve (may chill befoer serving if preferred)

Serving Size: Makes about 2 cups of dip, serving size approximately 1/4 cup
