Ingredients

    *Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat, 8 oz
    *Eagle brand fat free sweetened condensed milk, 14oz can
    *Cool Whip Light - 1 Tub
    * Keebler Ready Crust Graham (2 extra servings)-whole
    *Juice - Real Lemon, Lemon Juice - 6 tsp

Tips

Sometimes I freeze it for better slicing.


Directions

Mix cream cheese, condensed milk, and lemon juice on high speed until smooth.
Fold in cool whip.
Pour into pie shell.
Refrigerate until set.
Enjoy!
